- One person, one account: Each individual may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same name, address, phone number, or payment method will result in all accounts being cancelled.

- Identity verification: l445 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.
- Password security: The member is personally responsible for the security of their account. Sharing passwords with third parties is prohibited.

Age Verification and 21+ Policy

Bonus and Promotion Terms
All bonuses and promotional offers from l445 are subject to the following conditions:
Welcome Bonus:
- New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
- The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the total bonus amount.
- If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of the bonus being activated, the bonus will be cancelled.
- The wagering requirement must be completed before winnings earned from a bonus can be withdrawn.
General Bonus Rules:
- Each bonus offer has its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated alongside the offer.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless specifically permitted.
- Any attempt to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any amounts earned.
- l445 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
VIP Program and Rewards
The l445 VIP program has 5 tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
- Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
Members can gradually advance to higher VIP tiers through their active participation and regular gaming on the platform. The detailed criteria for VIP tier changes will be stated in the program's terms.
VIP benefits are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash unless specifically approved. l445 reserves the right to amend the terms of the VIP program.
Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy
All games on l445 are operated on the principles of fairness and transparency:
- Fair Play: The outcome of all games is determined by verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
- Betting limits: Each game has a set minimum and maximum betting limit, which is displayed in the game interface.
- Technical issues: If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, l445 will make a decision after considering the circumstances — that decision is final.
